Referrals & Map of Directions
If you would like to arrange an appointment with Dr. McCrea please contact the reception office using the online messaging system below. Referrals usually require a physician's signature and patients are directed to contact their general physician or specialist about this process. The referral must be of a neurological and/or neuropsychological nature and not all referrals are accepted. Patients with a past history of stroke or a documented neurologically-related medical condition may not necessarily require a physician's referral.
The Wascana Rehabilitation Centre has a hostel open seven days a week for in-patients/out-patients and their families while they are undergoing treatments and/or assessments within the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. The facilities are available at a reasonable cost and include a full range of services. The private rooms are fully wheelchair accessible and have kitchenettes along with an excellent cafeteria and confectionary on site. Transportation to and from acute care hospitals is available. Travellers to Regina can make reservations at 306-766-5797.
Please enter your first and last name as well as your email contact information and phone number. In the nature of the referral section of the electronic form please outline the details of your neurological or neuropsychological difficulties (e.g., diagnosed neurological condition or acquired brain injury) as well as your physician's name and contact information. The Neuropsychology department's reception staff will review the appropriateness of the referral and respond to your inquiry.
